First 24 Hours
Our Referral Allocations Coordinator will review the referral and allocate to the most appropriate Psychologist
The Psychologist will contact the referrer to obtain any relevant background information and then contact the Injured Worker to make an appointment to conduct the assessment
Day 3 to 4
The Psychologist will conduct the assessment
Day 4 to 6
The Psychologist will contact all Nominated Treating Professionals and Employer Representative
Day 7 to 9
Completed report will be reviewed by the Clinical Management Team and then sent to the referrer containing detailed treatment plan if applicable
